Right was about to order a raceland induction kit as they are back on club discount now while simota have gone...

Just confused whether to buy it with the K2.65 filter or upgrade to the B2.65 for a £1 more lol, or even upgrade more to the bigger ones?? first one is cone shaped 2nd cylinder shaped, anyone shed some light. Car will most likely but getting all the usual other breathing mods before 708s at the end of the year

    cheers rob

he is talking about the green filter replacements... my gues is: the bigger the filter the more the engine can take in air wich makes it rev better but i'm not sure

yeh they are the green cotton ones...but too big a filter and surely will be too much air, compaired to fuel...think im gonna go with the first upgrade...unless anyone can shed some light towards the matter??

Rob, the amount of air is controlled by the air flow meter (AFR), so it does not matter how big the filter is, only how small as you don't want too little air although this is not likely.

if thats the extent of the mods you are going to do then the k2.65 will be fine

Im going for the b2.65 as its not really much bigger than the k2,65, its just more of a cylinder shape than a cone which i think will look cooler
