   Where do you get these from?
   
   All bottom end and head parts, some standard and some forged/aftermarket etc.

   Try your local car supermarket/parts... i get all my stuff from MCP (Midlands Car Parts) in Derby, they sometimes have stuff.

   Ive tried euro carparts, they dont sell anybut but valves lol

   What are you after m8? Bearing shells, thrust bearings, cam followeres, oil seals, stem seals etc... Or new pistons and everthing? Forged pistons are a similar price to the standard item, LOL. Check the bay, or Citroen (but remember to take ur lube)
