Grile Mistake?

   Hi.
   
   Basicly resprayed my grile...
   
   Think its looks gay lol...
   
   It looks to friendly... and also something has gone a bit wrong and the laquer has given it a green tint:
   
   
   
   
   
   What do reckon?
   
   - Keep it as it is?
   
   - Respray gloss black and have icelandic chevrons?

   i would go for gloss black and icelandic chevrons or mesh it with some black mesh

   Do the slats pop out like at the back? Or do they have to be cut out?

   theres 2 parts to the grill.
   the front bit with the chevs
   
   and a back plate with the screw holes and the slats, the slats have to be cut out mate.

   if you have a dremel tool it's a one hour job to cut it out

    Looked at meshing but first need to get hold of a dremel tool lol.
    
    Going to drill out the back in a sec and start sanding down again

    I used a junior hack saw. was abit of a bitch to get some of them out but it turned out fine

    just take the slats out and put black mesh in.....or spray just the slats black, and keep the outer lip grey, and the chevrons black.

    looks ok to me tbh
    
    its just cos its new paint that makes it look a slightly different colour, get the car machine polished and it should blend in nicely

    respray it all gloss black and smoke your headlights; headlights look too girlie as they are

    Doesnt look too bad, you will never get exactly the same colour because its new paint.
    
    I'd leave it and worry about your car being on axel stands get it lowered
