Rev problems!

   iv got porblem with my revs ( i think??)
   
   when i start my car,which is a mk2 VTR, the revs sit at about 1100rpm, like they should and drop after a few minutes to about 900rpm, like they should,but recenly when this drop happens, my revs fall down to about 100-200rpm for a second or so then its back up to about 1100. and its started to cut out on my now. It starts up again straight away but it feels like it wants to do it every time.
   
   anyone help me out on what to do?
   
   i have my mot in under 2 weeks and need to get it sorted!

   mine sometimes does this (about once a week) , Seems to be alright after it has been running for a while. Dont know what causees it though

   cold doesnt make the engine cut out!
   
   it stalls itself nearly everytime now
   
   any idea y?
