I have just picked up my brand new boot badges from local dealer (£18 what a rip off) and I want to paint them so I just wondering how to go about preparing them ie primer sanding etc
Cheers

on saturday garage was 49degrees so done lots of spraying including the badges.
i quickly rubbed down with 400grit paper just to key the surface, halfords metal primer 2 good coats 5mins between coats then 5 mins later gloss white 2 coats then clear when it was touch dry
