mk1 Exaust system on mk2 furio (for decat options etc)

   Ok... i read lot of things and been told alot... and now im confused...
   
   My plan was to get:
   
   Ss back box + straight through... and then put a mk1 downpipe onto my mk2 mani to de cat it...
   
   However, ive been told that having to change back to the old downpipe will be a pain come MOT time.

   Just wondering if i could have:
   
   Ss back box + straight through... and then have a mk1 manifold?
   
   This way i could just put on a mk1 centre pipe with cat for mot?
   
   Well anyone want to shed some lights / ideas?

   yes it will work, the oil filter will have to be relocated in order to get the mk1 manifold to fit though

   Is it worth doing all that hastle?
   
   Or would it just be more benificial and cost about the same to get a 4-2-1 and just get the old one fitted come MOT time?
   
   Not sure how much a mk1 mani and cat centre section would cost...
