painting alloys

   so ive bought some vtr alloys to put on my standard mauritious blue desire. i got them for £40 on ebay and they seem to be in good condition. only thing is two of them are black and two of them are the standard silver. do i :
   
   paint the other two black and go for the black and blue scheme
   
   or
   
   paint the full set white and go for the blue and white scheme??
   
   also could any one help me with how to go about actually spraying the alloys i.e. sanding, primer, glossing etc.

   paint them white... £40? cheap... im looking for a set atm...

   Sand them with 800 grit
   Primer
   Sand with 1200 grit
   Paint
   Sand with 1200 grit
   Lacquer
   T-cut!
   
   Leave each step of paint/primer 24 hours to dry

   im pretty sure if u sand over the final coat there will be a fuck load of scracthes in the paint?

   Agreed and wouldn't recommend t-cut on anything.

   go white mate, always liked white and if you ask me vtr alloys look fookin hideosley ridiculous black and i seriously mean that, i would not dare, vts wheels yes but r wheel a resounding nonononononononononNO! lol

   blue and black does look good cheers Mcinabout, still cant decide tho think it wil be easier for me to go with the black as two of them are already well painted, i do like the white though haha think im gonna do them next week so plenty of time to decide cheers everyone =]

    actually that graphite grey looks mint =D i didnt think about anything other than white or black
