Mushroom Filters

Does anyone have this shape of filter or have any opinion on them because alot ( if not all ) of the HKS ones seem to be this shape and was wondering if there is any benifits to them over the cone design?

I would also like to know, i have seen them on really high powered Supras etc

And why do HKS seem to be more in america than over here? I think there one of the best makes in the world, just there range is a bit limited.

Because we are a tiny proportion of the market with cars that are sold here and nowhere else. It's not economically viable to produce items for us.
To be honest, I think it's a miracle that car makers even bother to produce right hand drive!

lol so true!

i work for Nissan, building the Micra and Note, also used to build the Qashqai, we currently make 350cars per day, going up to 450 in a few weeks and i would say approx 80-90% of the cars we build are left hand drive.
