Remap

I was wondering on what sort of power gains i would get from the following set up:

bmc cda
4-1 manifold
exhaust system and a remap?

Also i dont really want to decat it, are sport cats any good?

any help would be appreciated.

probably around 130ish maybe a few more, but the car will drive so much better.
