they dont have a rev counter so no red line, and they arnt designed for high revs its supposed to be an economical car.

But probs around 6250

cheers mate. just bought an aftermarket rev counter as mine doesn't have one, just needed to know redline so i don't kill the engine! shall be fitting it in a couple of days, can't drive without one, even though it's a 1.1

i've actually just looked somewhere else, and it says the maximum bhp is 60bhp @ 6200rpm! i did the comparison bit, my car is a saxo 1.1 X 5 door
