how do you get them off. specific question.

you can't, they're part of the bumper.

You can take the side ones off but the lower part of the door skin comes off aswell

i always thought tht u cud take the door 1s off. may colour code mine so thanks 4 this guys!

its part of one fellas. you ccan take the hole pannels of, ie door trim front and rear bumper ect but not the black strips

All depends on which model it is
base/lower models do have sidesrips only and not part of a bodykit
