Port & Polished Stage 3 Head
Simota Induction Kit
Competition Head Gasket
Competition Springs & valves
Vernier Pulley
Hi-Flow Heads Lightened & balanced flywheel
Oil Breather Filter
4-1 Stainless Steel GMC Manifold
Peco Stainless Steel Dual-Exit Exhaust System
1.3 Rallye Gearbox
Engine was professionally rebuilt 5000miles ago.
Car is approx 125bhp
I've been looking at buying the above car.. it just failed it's MOT on a sensor.. turns out it was a map sensor and when replaced it went straight through the MOT
I've spoke 2 a few local lads who know quite a lot about engine mods and been told that the car needs to be running a "unichip" or "omex 600 ecu"
This car is just running a standard 3 plug ecu which has been mapped.
Is it essential to running the different ecu? and will it cause any future problems just having the standard.. as the new ones are around £600.
Thanks in advance
