vtr box is best for turbo imo, its the longest box, vts is shorter

Will swap straight over mate, however, as said ther 'r' box is better as it is longer, if you put the s box on you'll be changing gear a more often as its shorter

depends on the power your running. Vts is best for acceleration until you end up with too much power = wheel spin

vts box would be fine for it. theres a lad runing near on 400bhp with a vts box.

Depend at what revs the power is produced he would most likely be able to get wheel spin in 5th gear if it was stock ratio. Bit pointless really. Even 200bhp at the wheels made the VTS box feel very short and they were not lasting all that long if you pushed it.

+1. Also does the R/S box fit the 1.4? As theres alot more R's and S's in the scrappy that 1.4's as my gearbox is wrecked lol.

ive got a s2 rallye box and with a rev limit of 7.8k and the 205/50/15 i would be able to hit over 150mph wich is more than enough for the lower powered turbo motors.
