fuel controller

   hello , how are you guys?
   
   i have a little problem, my car is a 1.4l westcoast (in Portugal is call vts), and the fuel controller it's in the back near to the fuel tank, what can i do to give my car a little bit of power (i dont want to spent lot's of money <img src= "smileys/smiley6.gif"> <img src= "smileys/cry.gif"> <img src= "smileys/disappointed.gif"> )

   Your best option if you dont want to spend much money is to get an enclosed air filter and maybe exhaust.
