#6It took me 5 weeks to do mine, so a pain is an understatement as there will be alot of unused wires on both the interior and engine loom that are not used/compatible. Also you have to work out what each wire controls individually.

#7no shit on the dash is different on the 3 plug ecu ie fuel reading temp ect you will be looky to get it work
-
#9so im beter of geting a 3 plug lome and ecu then thanks rich

#10yes, it makes it less of a ball ache,

#11ive just done the same, ive now started over with a 3 plug loom and ecu.
nothing worked, inone of my dials, my fan or my reverse lights! my battery light and handbrake light were permanently on too.
there main problem i had was the fan,on the vtr its controled by the ecu but on a single plug car its controlled by a sensor in the rad and doesnt connect to the loom at all -
#12By the way you can wire the fan switch from the rad to a relay and then directly to the battery and then it will work as normal.Quote:ive just done the same, ive now started over with a 3 plug loom and ecu.

If your that ignorant to other peoples problems, may be u should keep you'r thoughts to u'r self!!!!! Rich I hope the converstion goes well sorry couldn't be as helpfully as some!!
