stripping

    hey i want to strip my car of its rear seats but i want to keep my sound system fitted i have 6x9s and and vibe active sub which i dont want to pull to bits also i have an amp for the front speaker and the 6x9s just wanted some ideas of where i can move all this and still make it look good also would like to find some sort of carpet which i can put on the metal that will be showing to hide all the wires thanks.

    first of all why do you want to take your rear seats out? it cant be for weight saving as your chucking a sub,amp etc...

    you can use acoustic carpet for covering the floor

    doing it for the looks plus means i have an excuse not to taxi people about.

    using the same excuse. ive took out my rear seats i'm keeping my vibe sub but turnin it round to face into the center of the car and got some almost matching acoustic carpet. it almost matches the original in colour.

    get yourself some plyboard and carpet and that sound insulation stuff from halfords... you'll soon have playtime in the back haha

    Halfords do that acoustic stuff!!! not sure how cheap!? or ebay it!!!

    I might take my seats out and put in a mattress for easier sex in the back of my car

    acoustic carpet in halfords is a rip off (surprise)
    about £25/30

    ebay is about £10 i think
