if you get some newmans ph3 cams could probably get abotu 20bhp from cams and a remap.

your better off getting breathing mods first such as a panel air filter and a exhaust system..

right then best cam to get mate would be the ph3 newmans cam that will be around 200posted

this will need a remap, now for a remap it will be alot as alot of places cannot access the ecu properly to remap it, well places will do it but you wont get the best of maps, i think the best place really is chipwizards in rochdale dont think thats a huge drive aweay from you either but thats 450 inc vat

erm also when you do this you will be removing the head so is advised to get a light skim, you will also need headbolts and headgasket, while your changing that since you got a low mileage engine it probs wont have had a belt change yet, so you may aswell do cambelt and alt belt too, and waterpump while your there, so really you could spend around 200 on service bits too

erm really your looking at around 800 to 900 all in i think, plus depends if your fitting yourself or not

erm also if you want more gains try looking at getting a s1 rallye inlet mani, for that your looking at about 100quid they go for about 70 or 80 quid but then you need the s1 rallye throttle cable which is dealer only so expect to pay around 20 or 30quid for that

erm gains with the cam and remap your looking at around 120 to 125 roughly looking at other peoples results, with the s1 inlet mani you could get a couple extra bhp

but it might not be a huge gain but will certainly be quick, i have just cammed mine with same ca as ph3 and its very quick and hasnt been mapped yet
