rear caliper sticking

  1. #1
changed my rear pads and disks a few months ago, and when i did, i noticed that the rubber seal around the piston on one of the rear calipers was all torn and battered, and lately i've been getting a horrible noise when slowing down, sounds like a walrus lol
Is there anyway this can be sorted, or will i need a new caliper? Any help would be great

could maybe give the piston a good clean, and replace the gator on it.

My driver rear ones was like that, although the hand brake was also staying on, smoking disks FTL haha But the piston also was a bit scored so sanded it down very lightly and cleaned it up and fine now, although still to free the hand brake more thoroughly so just not using it for now lol

Cheers mate, i've taken the rubber seal off for the time being because i think that was getting in the way nd stopping the piston from retracting. Need to find somewhere that sells the seal before the piston gets jammed with dirt and stuff
