Brake Problem

   the other day i hit a wall and i breaked and nothing happend thyem parked up my mate also who has a VTR tryed it and said the breaks are delaid he said it could be the master cylinder
   
   is this true
   
   i will be getting a new one tomorrow and new pads n disks in a few weeks
   
   is there any other problem that can be causing this
   
   i dont think these is a leaks
   
   pads have about 30% of life in them
   
   front disks have rust on them
   
   its a mk1 VTR btw

   what does the peddle feel like when pressing it, ??

   check theres fluid
   park some where dry, and pump the pedel and check for leaks
   possible air or fooked master cyclinder as u say
