where to buy from?

   im looking for performance engine internals for my VTR
   
   i have looked on CItuning but they seem quiet expensive
   
   looking at low comp pistons+rings
   maybee rods, dont know if i need them need to do more research
   
   newmans ph1's
   
   full new bearing set
   
   few other things

   if your turboing or supercharging your car then yes. but why go low comp for normall asperated engine for them high comp would be needed or better
