   front or rear?? tbh i dont think it matters...i think that they dont line up just like that...buh im unsure on a flatty...i know with a VT kit they dont fit right lol...sorry not much help there :s

   it wont match the bonnet grill area
   and it mounts differently on the slam panel at the front so may sag in the midle unless you eld tabs on so you can bolt it properly
