got SS exhaust and lower strut fitted today!

   love it, shame that the exhaust didnt come with two new clamps had to order them into work from Motor serv
   
   other than that sweet as!
   
   sounds quite boomy atm i suppose this will wear in??
   
   also people who have also bought the supersprint system, did you use exhaust adhesive stuff for both the joins?
   
   as i only used it for the centre pipe to back box and sometimes when at a stand still it vibrates under my handbrake ?? either it wearing in or it needed the adhesive there aswell?

   when i had my straight through and ashely on it was very raspy like the SS and it did vibrate the car a bit more than my current exhaust

   yeh i did wonder as i had a full piper system on my corsa d and that didnt vibrate at all just rumbled.
   
   the cat to centre pipe seemed less likely to need to adhesive stuff as it had a pipe going into a pipe if you get me?? lol
   
   just seemed more secure

   the only seal you need at that end is the metal ring gasket

   I used exhaust paste as well on my supersprint race centre section just to be sure.
   
   Also my old supersprint race centre was a one peice item, and ideas why they changed to a 2 piece item?

   because its straight through aint it so it wil vibrate more with the noise that it is making

   its actuali sounded better now i think it all just needed to get used to it all.
   
   all settled in now
