   got the powerflex lower engine mount in after reading about them on here, even managed to fit it myself and i have to say that its the ticket! car feels so much better/tighter, bit of vibration but i read this is normal, i would defo reccomend one of these!

   Can you elaborate more on this? What do you mean better/tighter?

   i have one on mine tbh could not tell any differance, but looks nice when mot guys have car above there heads

   gear changes are easier, i had to fight with it some times, now it just slots in to gear nicely! hard to explain the car just feels alot nicer! am guessing by the state of the mount i took out that it was shagged!

   I'm looking to this shortly as well, it takes away all the "slack" when you go on/off throttle. The vibes will calm down after a few weeks as well mate, will still be there though just not as bad.

   i got the lower engine mount, wishbone, an arb
   there the red harder stuff some call poly race bushes? work real well tho an well priced, worth a look
