engine bay paint - help

  1. #1
I'm considering painting my rocker cover and generally making the whole engine bay look a bit better.
What sort of paint is the best to use?
I'm also planning to do the calipers soon as well.

I was going to be a bit boring and do all of them black, but I'm liking the idea of doing them purple.
    What do people think???

    it's a mauritius blue vtr

As for paint Hammerite is good for the calipers, spose it would work well on the rocker cover too, providing you got the smooth finish Hammerite to reduce the chance of it running.

Up to you on the colour though mate.

just use any paint from a car store or spray store.

We use primer, paint then laquer just using spray cans is easier. And turns out good
