Important! : Help with door cards!

   Hi people, i decided to referb my door cards with white leather inserts insted of the shitty black and green dooted material. So i 1st took of the door cards then cut all the rivits of to get the inner bit of the door card with material on out. Then i took the material of and glued the leather on. Now im stuck i dno how to put the inner part back onto the outer bit of the door card becuse they were riveted on before???

   no more nails ftw or rivet them back on

   Get a G clamp, 2 is better, Line one of the sides up, with the holes onto of the rivit steps, and G clamp into place then take nonails, Tiger seal, a strong adhesive. Then glue in the rivit hole, and around the edge on the back of the doorcard.
   
   Leave for 30 mins, Take the clmaps off and do 2 more holes. Once fully done leave for a day,
   
   Then fit them to your car

   i used real fat short screws and no glue came out perfect

   its real easy to do once door card os off you'll see which rivits to cut off once the are just pull the insert off the top rivits re cover, pop back in and screw up jobs done
