   iv got about 600 quid and a 2001 standard vtr and just need help on what to buy for the best power gain and performance and also whats the best suspension kits to lower about 40mm . thanks alot

   no none whatsoever just a stansard vtr. i dont know where to start and whats the best to buy. cheers
