probs with my vtr

   when im driving my vtr it sometimes holds back a bit?? it is not at any perticular speed rev's or throttle postion and clears straight away but on the odd occasion it will rev iraticly and wont pull through it?? has anyone had this problem or no wat is causing it??

   i think the term is hunting?? revs up and down like it wants to stall! i have changed the icv as well still does it

   my vtr does that aswell but not very often, i just tap the accelerator and it sorts it out, lol

   yeh thats what i do but its the holding back while im driving thats the problem

   when was the last time it was serviced? could just be a case of bad ignition, check the plugs and ignition module connnections etc etc hope this helps

   Give it a good service if it hasn't had one for a while, see if that helps as spark plugs may need changing or fuel filter could be clogged up with crap.

   i put new plugs in still does it hav not done fuel filter tho might try that. could it bqe my coil?

   doubt its the coil, more likley a sensor or somethin!?

    FIXED IT was Map sensor!!!
