fse boost valve

hi guys is it worth fitting a fse boost valve or an adjustable fpr to the saxo vts or are they a waste of money ?? cheers guys

Waste of money in my opinion. If you nees more fuel, get bigger injectors.

p.s. a fpr will do nothing on its own except overfuel.

if theyre mapped to a constant fuel pressure, then the map will take care of the fuelling.

there is no need for adjustment

there is plenty of headway in the standard injectors.. you can adjust the map accordingly.

well to be fair i was running the map on the emerald for the r6 bodies before changing to jenvy

so basically you used a map designed for a completely different inlet, then adjusted the fuelling by the fpr as a substitute to proper mapping?

Waste of money, get a service instead, this is not what I expected of a Saxo forum, Excellent guys!

    You mean an external fpr?

There is no point to one at all, the only reason I have one is because I use it as an external FPR to fit my jenvey rail.

    ahhh sorry yer external

Waste of money in my opinion.
