was told you can fit a c2 cylinder head onto a vts block. what gains or benefits does this give and what else needs to be changed ie wiring

#10aye av gt sum on ma profile. there from early on in the build tho. its sprayed white primer the now its going lithium blue next dne all the work maself.

#12Gains are debatebale about how much extra power can be had if you run the c2 head with your VTS cams, valve springs etc and the vts inlet and ecu you should notice an improvements but could prob spend money elsewere to better effect1 user thanked this post:

#14It'd be interesting to see some back to back testing of the JP4 (C2, 307, 207 etc) head against the J4 (Saxo/GTi) head with the J4 cams etc.
According to most people it gives a bit more high end pull with the possible loss of some mid-range grunt.
If when you fit the head, you also fit new seals, clean all the inlet manifold, throttle body and head, that's got to be better than nothing!?
