Spoox Comp wishbone rear mount fitting

   Afternoon,
   
   Ive had these spoox motorsport competition wishbone rear mounts for a quite a while now and just havnt got round to fitting them.
   
   So my question to you clever people out there is.....
   
   Do you need a press to take the rear wishbone mounts off or is there a securing bolt of some sort of something?
   
   Heres a picture of what i have just to help further (the silver shinny things )

   just cut the old ones off you will have to run a saw or a grinder along the tube then hit it off with a hammer and chisel

   thank you, how about putting the new ones on? will that just require abit of brute force, anal lube and a hammer?

   yes clean the pins and lube up remember to have the bolts pointing the correct way when you hammer the new ones on
