So a spring with a lower lb will be a softer setup than the spring with a higher lb

ok if thats right whats the benifits of having softer or harder springs

the stiffer spring controls body roll at the expensive of comfort.

Do dampers have LB ratings too? If so do you have to match them with the correct springs? e.g. if the springs are 150lbs do the dampers have to be 150lb too?

One more question: if a -30mm is 150lbs and 50mm is also 150lbs what difference apart from the looks would that make?

that will be a kit, bilstein dampers with Faulkner springs.

Would be a good kit for you.

GrpN front dampers and B8 rears.

Try the GMC fast road kit.

would these go with 21mm torsion bars or would i need 180lb springs?
  20. #20
With 21mm torsion bars i'd want the group N's. With the 155lb springs you may get quite a lively car with instant turn in, but a tendancy to oversteer.

^^ adjust rear height to get perfect balance in that case
