just reading up on lowering kits and came across a thread with spring 155lb also anouther with 225lb what does this mean as id like to be in the no.
could someone explain what spring lb is

#11Do dampers have LB ratings too? If so do you have to match them with the correct springs? e.g. if the springs are 150lbs do the dampers have to be 150lb too?
One more question: if a -30mm is 150lbs and 50mm is also 150lbs what difference apart from the looks would that make? -
