   thats the antiroll bar
   not the torsion bar
   
   that needs removing and then youll see the torsion bar on one side
   the other side its in front of that end plate and runs above the beam

    Some Saxos came with one end plate welded up. If the end plate does not just pull off you can always get a slide hammer on the other side.
