Important! : why do mt tyres rub
-
#1
-
#2is your car lowered?,
maybe the wheels are to big width wise. -
#3By telling us how much its lowerd by an what size wheels an tyer size you've got on might help...
-
#4yeah buy 35m and they are the same width as my standard vtr wheels, all it is is when the back compresses
-
#5wheres it rubbing to?
-
#6on the bk arch and a peice ove metal behind that
-
#7is the rear axle knackered mate (wheels leaning in at the top?)
-
#8dont think so
-
#9When does it rub? All the time or just when you go over speed bumps or dips etc.
-
#10when i go over a dip it ant all the time
-
#11std shocks? i run 185/50/14s down 90mm with spax shocks, and NEVER scrape =]
-
#12but used to scrape vv.bad with 195/15/45's down 70mm.
So either your std shocks, or width of tyres. -
#13Are your rear shocks fucked? Mines lowered 40mm all round on standard shocks(afaik) and is solid.
-
#14it cld b that ive got a rattle so mite b that
-
#15Try this, open the boot and try bounce on it to see if its spongey.
-
#16it does fell soft and sloppy , that it that it is a bad thing
-
#17Rear shocks are probably gone then.1 user thanked this post:
