fitting coilovers.. PROBLEM!

   all is going well lads been at it all mornin, have managed to get myself in a snag.
   
   Cant get the fucker off... havent got a vice but ive got some deadly guns and its just not happenin.. any suggestions welcome cheers

   ghetto way
   screwdriver in the hole and a hammer
   
   will damage it but can be tidied up after or even replaced

   stilsons mate! you will ruin the caps and mabey the thread if you use a screw driver mate.! some lub and stilsons will get it off easy!
