Hey....
To fit a manifold do I need the car to be up on the ramps or would be jack up enough to do it??

jack and axle stands would be fine

no just jack it up and make safe on axle stands its really easy to change the manifold

I need to change the oil filter aswell... will i need to drain the old oil and put some new oil in ??

if your doing a oil change as well yes change the filter and put new oil in

i done alot of this sort of stuff on my old car
if your changing oil filter you might aswell change the oil it takes 5 minutes and its easy to do and manifold when i done mine i done it on ramps but axel stands would be just as good!!!
