Car seat covers, which ones?

   Hi all,
   
   i currently have leather seats at present (as in dp) but the front passenger/drivers seat is getting very tatty even tho back seat is in perfect condition.
   
   Anyways as these were fitted when the saxo was bought in 2000, these were re-trimmed with the original cloth taken off.
   
   So when i look under the leather, its just the orange foam.
   
   Where can i get some covers that actualy look ok?

   IMHO seat covers look a bit shit most of the time. If you have the money for it then I'd suggest getting them reupholstered.

   thanks for the reply (y) unfortunately i do not have the funds and plus they get extremely hot when the suns out and it burns you! lol

   yeah i agree, if you are getting seat covers tho, make sure you shop around, and don't buy ARGOS' X-treme...a friend has them and they got ripped to shit, looks so tatty.

   Just buy plain seat covers from a car shop. . . Im getting them plastic ones what protect your seats from dirty and wear!

   i got my covers from tesco mate they should have been £40 but got them for £15 as they were the last ones. Once you have put these on properally they pritty good as they are worh £40 and not £20 from ARGOS! lol the set comes with back seat so you can keep them handy is you rip the rear seats, here are them off the tesco website:

   plain plastic are the best as it just looks like your tryin ot keep your seats clean

   Does anyone know of a place that sells Mini sized car seat covers?
   I am not looking for anything as percise or expensive as the Newton Commercial Interior Kits. I just want something to decently cover old front seats. The seats are getting old and look quite shabby. I already have a set of better seats sitting in a garage, but will only use that when I refurbish the car at a later date. I called around to most places, but they dont stock Mini sized covers. How much do I need to pay for a reasonable set of 2 front seat covers?
