Very quick alloys question

  1. #1
Will the wheels from a C2 VTS fit straight onto a 98 Saxo VTR:

    Offset 25
    Stud diameter 108

    Cheers

could do with 10mm spacers, but as for your question, they would fit straight on but you may find it will rub on the inside of the arch at teh back and a hefty amount on full lock.

ALso they are 16's and rubbing on the back bumper bracket is most likely

Will it look any good? Has anyone got a picture of one thats been done?

like scott said i run 195/45/16 and they did rub in full lock to the extent the MOT man failed the car. I hammered (specialist task haha)the inner wing in a little and now everything is fine, i also have slight wear mark in the lower rad hose which runs under the o/s chassis leg so i will be inserting a stainless pipe into that very soon. i just relocated the rear bumper bracket a couple of inches further back and thats fine now with people in the back... good luck mate.

I prefer those GT rims to the vts ones, not to big a fan of the vts ones

i think they would look miles better on a black saxo, maybe a white one!

They do look nice, different to the vts ones but not as nice imo. Probably less common though.

look on the C2 sports club, bound to be a few sets on there for sale. and you could always get someone to photoshop the above pic to make the car black.
