refitting rear dampers

    i attempted to lower the torsion bar today without any joy so after my failed attempt im trying to get the dampers back on but cantcompress em enough to get the bolt through. i took out the one bolt on the bottom and been trying for ages anyone got any ideas

    jack the back up so the trailing arm is lower, move that into posistion for the damper
