Alright everybody. i've got a 1.0l saxo first and the other day was told by a friend that he had bought a 1.4l saxo engine and gearbox and all he needed was the gearbox.
Any way £30 pound passed hands (knocked him down from £50)
Got the engine home and cant find the engine code.
First of all its an all alloy block (what engines come in alloy)
So should have a little plate on the right where the flywheel is right?
It has not got one.
The only thing i can see is M+ in three places on the head.
Could you please help as i was gonna put the engine in the weekend and i'm not if it's a 1.1l thanks.
