I'm completing a vtr engine conversion and as the mk1 1.1 has a return fuel line and the vtr doesn't I need to find a way around this issue. I have several solutions but whats the best way to sort it. VTR fuel pump and regulator unit, bolt in and be on my way? Any help will be thanked accordingly

#2Or if I purchased the fuel lines from the filter back (circled)

Hooked up the new regulator... then it would be solved as the old line (return) would serve no purpose, and there would be one line to the inlet.

#3I would be tempted to run the VTR fuel tank and all its ancilleries and remove your return, then use the 1 inlet line that is currently on your car.

#4you need what youve circled and numbers 1, 14, 15 and 8 as well1 user thanked this post:

#5So everything fuel filter back. Cheers

But surely I have 1?

Does 8 go round to 1? Because on the VTS 8 is the return, 14 and 15 is the pump and the regulator correct? I've been told the pumps are the same throughout the range, but I understand I'll need the regulator to get the pressure right through the system at 3.5 bar. -
#6If I was to get a early black top fuel rail it would work with a return wouldnt it
Thanks again for any help.
