Extra perforance WANTED ???

98bhp Saxo VTR already got piper x viper and a 4branch manifold. Exhaust coming soon which 1 i dont know so abit of help their as well wouldnt go a miss. But what else can i do to get extra BHP, Without turbos, chargers or throttle bodies. Best BHP increase for the money ????

catcam 708's from QEP. not sure if they can re-map, if not then either a Dastek or a re-map of the standard ecu by Wayne at Chipwizards (contact Jamsport).

get a pug 106 rallye s1 manifold. you can get em for £50 ish off ebay with throttle body & fuel rail!

great bit of kit!

remove the steering wheel, heavy pedals, doors and wheels

this will remove alot of weight but you wont get far without them

try replacing stuff with carbon fibre like the bonnet or something...

I would advise you to start off and get a green enclosed or bmc ind kit(EITHER AS BOTH ARE RATED JUST AS GOOD AS EACH OTHER), Now a full scorpion decatted system (OR SS,MAGNEX,JANSPEED),followed by a supersprint 4-2-1 manifold (OR GMC) Now I would get some headwork done by a well known garage(JAMSPORT ex) port,polish and skimmed (SKIMMED IS NOT COMPULSARY)and now a catcam708(RESEARCH FOR OTHERS) at the same time i would have a re-map done again by(JAMSPORT) but there is a cheaper route ie the dastek unichip which is a piggy back ecu, and to finish her off ild strip it then race it(TRACK)

How much do you have to spend?

Full system with de-cat will be £300+
Re-map or dastek will be £400+
Cams will be £400+
Head work £200+

Stripping is free, if you want to keep the rear seats then take the spare wheel off, boot carpet, parcel shelf and anything in the boot, would be best if you took the rears out though.
