   when putting the new bulbs back in i have read somewhere that you need to solder them back on which sounds abit....stupid really, probs just a normal parking/side light like the interior bulb, when you find out tell me so i can change mine to blue aswell

   doesn't matter which colour bulbs you use it will always glow green. what you have to do is change the dial covers which have a green filter which makes the light come through green.

   theres a kit on ebay, looks fcukin awesome :-p i just dont fancy gettin it cos i dnno what itll be like, and if its easy to fit like he says it is. check it out lemme kno what u think, and if anyone trys it lettus kno! bin wanting blue lights for tiiiiime. my mates got em as standard in his polo, luks sweeeet!

    Ive got a speedo here stripped down which is a spare, my brother took one of the led's off & measured it.
    
    He then found the led's on rs components.
    
    They arnt normel bulbs & they dont have filters on them, the led's look clear when you look at them but they do light up green.
    
    You can buy that kit off ebay, but you dont get enough led's to change the whole led's on the dials.
    
    Iam soon to order some blue ones from rs components & my brother is going to fit them for me, but be warned, it will be hard as fook to fit.
    
    Go to Rs Components & type in
    
    454-4469 for the blue led's

    He's selling 14 & i think theres 17 in total & thats not including the ones along the bottom & the indicator led's.
    
    If enough people were interested i could buy a bulk of them off rs & it would work out cheaper.
