Saxo furio 1.4i

   Hi people,
   
   recently bought a furio 1.4i, its a really good car and actually pretty nippy for a 1.4! Has anyone got any tips on the best ways (and cheapest haha) to increase performance????

   check them threads out for some useful info bud'
   lightening also helps for example taking out things you don't want of need,
   rear seat is a popular one or even replacing the fullsize spare with a space saver from a scrappy, services can also bring back a little bit of lost power

   They are nippy and really good engines..
   
   Depends how much money you have to play with, but for cheap/free options, as said above, weight loss is the key

   bought it with a service just done, so its got as much as im goin to get out of it as standard, but definatly gonna fit a new air filter n will try n lighten as much as possible. cheers for the links

   lol. Just posted that somewhere else on here too.
   
   I like mine, it shortens the gear throw quite a bit. A kind of performance mod.. perhaps just not what you were thinking of.
