Powerflex Engine Mounts

   Where is the best place to buy a set of powerflex engine mounts? Need them asap and at best price cheers.

   Powerflex only do one - the lower gearbox mount. Can get that from Kam Racing for a shade over £20.

   What other engine mounts are available? Basically I have a knock in the engine bay, and im almost certain its that.

   Pug Racing do a Grp N upper gearbox mount (under the battery tray) and probably an uprated one for the one at the ECU end of the engine.
   
   I'd get it checked over by someone tbh mate - could piss away a load of money changing the mounts, and it might turn out not to be them!

   thats why I say is he getting more vibration than usual that would indicate a mount more than likely. if not as lee said get it looked over

   ive got this same problem mate im getting the engine mount under the ecu changed tomoro i will till you if this works

   I have had this mount go before. trust me if it was this mount you would definatley know it, the car vibrates so much its almost un-driveable. just letting you know incase you spend unnecessary money

    its not going to be to bad as i work at the garage so i will get it a bit cheaper but its still about 50quid

    thanks for all your comments, i just dont get it, one day all is fine, when i press the accelerator on and off quickly, its like something is jolting, knocking.
    
    Car is driveable, its like take away the noise, its back to running perfect. no performance issues etc.

    possibly the exhaust knocking on something, how is changing gear?

    Gear changing is immaculate, got a quickshift fitted, smooth as ever.
    
    As I say its weird no change it performance or drive of the car, just awful knocking when car jolts or rocks due to slowing down or speeding up.

    Not saying it is but.... from a previous experience with a similar problem I found out that my center pipe was knocking underneath. simple way to check just see how much play is it your center pipe by wiggling the tail pipe and listen to see if it knocks. worth a try to eliminate something.

    If it knocks at all then the knock sensor might have made the ECU light come on.
