    Yo!

You want to get the paint 'custom matched'. If you open the drivers door and locate a sticker on the inside you'll find a 4-letter colour number.

    My silver saxo is 'EZRC'.

Once you have that tiddle off to decent car parts place or failing that go to MotorWorld and get them to make a can up using that colour reference.

As for the number of cans, you should as a minimum apply two coats. you'll be looking at 5-7 cans i reckon (but this is only a guess). I think the cans are about £10 each. if you're buying lots you may be able to negociate a lower price.

dont forget primer and laquer. you'll be looking at about +£70 in total.

    Good luck man!

yer go to motor world mate im not sure about 5-7 cans though. you get a lot of paint in the cans that motor world mix up. i did the bump strips on the doors with just the one mixed up can so id say 2 cans to do the front and back bumpers too. but like adsayer mentioned don't forget the primer + laquer too

oppsss. I was just pulling a number out of thin air really, based on the size of the can a bought and the coding of the parts i did. I must have over painted my bloody mirrors then, b****r .
