to wrap or polish??????

   ok ladies and gentleman, some of you manin know im buiilding a budget vtr turbo, ive just purchased a 4 branch stainless turbo manifold from landanimal (many thanks to him for the good price ) and was thinking of polishing it up to give a nice look under the bonnet but i know bay temp being reduced would an overall advantage with boost, so im kinda stuck on what to do, as i know wrapping stainless isnt such a good idea but then heat wrapping looks kinda cool in its own right, so i ask? to wrap or not to wrap??????

   The manifold will go blue then nasty black after its heated up a few times so no point trying to polish the thing.

   cheers lads, was thinking this also ax and ceramic coating is too expensive hence the budget build lmao, was swayed in favour of wrap tbh just wanted some opinions

   I would wrap mate. Even stainless manifolds look horrible after a while!

    i wouldnt wrap it before the turbo, i imaging it will put more heat into the turbo unit making it more likely to fail
