Track Suspension set-up???????

Right I need some guidance on what i need etc etc. Im going to be purchasing the bilstein group n's (not the tarmac spec 1's, the blue capped ones.) From what I have read and understand 21mm bars match these dampers, but what lb springs (was thinking around 225) would match and what arb's?!

225 lb springs would be allright yea
as for arbs that's down to personal preference but most would go for a 24mm rear and a 22 front

i use same bars as mentioned above. standard torsion bars and a 160lb set of springs. if driven on road you dont want a harder setup.

just remember the harder the suspension the less forgiving it is grip wise! hard setups dont go too well with wet and bumpy tracks
