remapped ecu ??

   has anyone got their ecu remapped ?? i was thinking about doing this on my saxo vtr.. but before i spend 250 on it i would wanna know if it makes that much of a difference .. ?

   All depends on what mods you have dude.
   
   Standard engine = not worth it.
   
   If you've got breathing mods and a cam then yeah it's deffo going to be worth it. Hard to say how much power you will gain but I've heard of a VTS that went from 119bhp to 154bhp after having a remap and the timing sorted at Chipwizards (breathing mods and PH3 Newman cams).
   
   If you've got just breathing mods and plan to get a cam then wait till you have the cam and then get a remap.
   
   If you're just sticking with breathing mods, save your £250.
