vtr tuning help

   what can i do to make my mk1 vtr the quickest possible without turbo or supercharging it? how much would it cost broken down and also what 0-60 time wud i be looking at???
   
   by the way i've already got a bmc induction kit and a Milltek 4-2-1 stainless steel manifold
