    This hose ive circled... what does it do? Is it important?

    correct me if i'm wrong anyone but...
    it takes heat from the exhaust manifold and draws it into the engine via the air filter,
    it's for cold starts and helps get the engine upto temperature.
    it's not important no and should run better without sucking hot air.
    if you did remove it i doubt you would notice any kind of difference,
    and it is removed if you whack an induction kit on their.
